Conference fee

Registration and payment before 15th of April 2010:

  • Paper presenters in general € 350,-
  • Participant € 450,- 
  • Discount for FGF members € 25,-

Registration and payment after 15th of April 2010:

  • Paper presenters in general € 400,-
  • Participant € 500,- 
  • Discount for FGF members € 25,-
     

If you don't wish to attend the whole conference you can choose for:

  • 1 day attendance 6th or 7th of July € 250,-
  • 2 days attendance 6th and 7th of July € 400,-

The conference fee covers opening reception, registration bag, participating in the conference meeting and workshops, lunches, coffee and tea, award winning dinner and dance.

Accompanying persons can register for the opening reception and/or the award winning dinner and dance. Please contact Mrs Franka Janssen for more information at Franka.Janssen@han.nl.

On Tuesday the 6th of July we invite you to visit Amsterdam with a canal trip and dinner. Cost € 55,-

After registration you will receive an invoice. 

Terms of cancellation

Cancellation is possible by written confirmation only. In case of cancellation six weeks prior to the start of the conference, we will charge € 75,- administration costs. Cancellation from six weeks to one week prior to the start you will pay 75% of the participation costs. At cancellation within one week before the start the entire amount is due. Participation is personal. In case of absence it is possible to have a substitute take part. In that case we urge you to contact HAN Event at hanevent@han.nl.
